📚 eBooks (Digital Products)

Refunds: Since eBooks are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed and delivered successfully.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only if:

You receive a duplicate charge for the same order.

The eBook file is corrupted or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a replacement.

📦 Physical Books

Returns: You may request a return if you receive:

A damaged or defective book.

The wrong product compared to your order.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at satamudyog@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping:

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For other reasons (customer’s change of mind, etc.), returns are not accepted.

Refunds: Once the returned book is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
