📚 eBooks (Digital Products)

• Refunds: Since eBooks are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed and delivered successfully.

• Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You receive a duplicate charge for the same order.

  • The eBook file is corrupted or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a replacement.

• If you face any issue with your eBook, please contact us at satamudyog@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase.

📦 Physical Books

• Returns: You may request a return if you receive:

  • A damaged or defective book.

  • The wrong product compared to your order.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at satamudyog@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

• Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other reasons (customer’s change of mind, etc.), returns are not accepted.

• Refunds: Once the returned book is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued only after proper verification of the claim.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged deliveries.

• We do not offer exchanges; you may place a new order once your refund is processed.
